Of course when we left Mesa Verde we "had" to stop at 4 corners where the 4 states of Utah, Arizona, New Mexico and Colorado meet. Years ago when Jeff and I came we didn't remember having to part with a small fortune to go in. So, we told them; remember this; get your picture taken in 4 states at once; we probably won't come back. Let's face it; we could have fed our whole family dinner at a fast food place (quite a bit for this many mouths) for what we paid for this "privlege".
