Hi Everyone!
Here is a link to the News Story that ran last night.
Several disclaimers:
1. We're almost done with the kitchen but not quite as you can tell.
2. They didn't focus on our faith the way we had hoped but we still have opportunities as a result of this and this story can continue to glorify God. John Le seemed to focus more on the "sensationalism" of it all. He asked if we had ever lost children and we never thought that would be part of the story so that was surprising.
3. The reason Kelly is shown working on the laptop is that we were finding and printing a birthday invite that John wanted to see. We had the laptop in the kitchen (unusual) b/c he wanted to read the Blue Ridge article too.
4. Those are chore charts behind our heads; lots of people have asked what that was! We had 1 hour notice they were coming; we were cleaning up from breakfast; we had icing for Sat. and Wed. that Kelly had made and all the stuff was still out; no kids were dressed; and they asked that we prepare a flashdrive of about 20 pictures which took us almost the hour to do! We didn't have time to look around and see what was maybe going to be in it.
It was a crazy morning. We also had to be prepared to leave quickly afterwards as they wanted to follow us to the bowling alley and Piggy's/Harry's for ice cream!
It did turn out to be a fun day and we're really surprised no one tripped over the camera! There's a lot more behind the scenes craziness and some interesting moments such as when the triplets decided to hold Rick Santorum's sign and ask the photographer to take their picture! I'll post about the "rest of the story" on my blog!

Rowe Triplets Turn 8 on Leap Year Day, 2012
After a long absence on this blog, I am back. I have so much to write about and have gotten so behind that I never write thinking of all that needs to be written ahead of the current event. As of today, I am over it! Today is a very special day in our house, February 29th! The big deal? 3 babies born on this date in 2004, a Sunday night when most people were home, snuggled in for the evening. We, however were at MUSC, the Medical University of South Carolina, in Charleston, giving birth to triplets. As you have probably guessed by it being on a Sunday night, this was no C-Section and nor a planned induction. Further, these 3 babies, all fraternal, another unusual twist as most triplets are a set of identical twins plus one, are spontaneous meaning no fertility or aid on our part at all for their conception. There is so much more to this story but God started it and we're sure He's going to end it using His plan. Here are a couple of links to articles about our sweet children, Harris (A), Elizabeth (B), and Andrew (C). Even though there are a few other sets born on leap day, none to our knowledge are spontaneous, all fraternal, and born on this day unplanned.
